The cottages are all located on the waterfront with beautiful views of our quiet stretch of the French River. Each cottage is fully furnished and has a 3 piece bathroom, clean bed linens, pillows and a mattress that is handmade in Sudbury. They also come with a fully stocked kitchen, deck chairs, a propane supplied BBQ and satellite tv. We have a boat launch on the property and Andrew always gives you a hand in launching. Pontoon Boat cruises down the French River are also available, they offer a very up close and relaxed experienced on the water, with additional opportunities to explore the area.

This cottage received a renovation in 2020 and is perfect for a couple or family with small children, it offers an amazing view while being stepped back from the water(which is good if your kids like to wander). Birch has two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on top. The bottom bunk is suitable for an adult or growing teenager, or 2 small children. In 2023 it received a new deck.

This cottage will make your friends jealous when they see your photos taken from the beautiful wrap around deck over looking the French River. Red Pine has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. There is also a very spacious kitchen and living room.

The White Pine is a great cozy cottage; a breakfast nook with great views and a covered porch give this cottage great charm. A spacious living room that stays nice and cool during the summer help make this cottage great for you and your guest. In 2020 it received a brand new fridge and stove.

Stunning and spacious is the best way to describe this cottage, it has a full sunroom, a large gated private deck facing east, which is perfect for morning coffee or a cast along the shoreline to get a bass or pike that usually take up residence along the shore. Oak also features an excellent kitchen, large bedrooms and a beautiful morning sunrise. Oak has three bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the second with a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds suitable for anyone.
